Reminder to dress your children appropriately

The weather forecast for Saturday is cold with air temperatures varying from -3 degrees in the early morning but increasing to single digits with low winds throughout the day.  Please dress your children for the elements.

We are putting in place our Cold Weather policy and will be on the lookout for cold kids and frostbite.

Please help us by dressing your kids warmly and making certain that they not only have enough layers but also have neck gaiter, face masks, etc... to ensure protection from the wind. Also, check to make sure their gloves have plenty of insulation.

Skiing and snowboarding in Minnesota is an activity that takes place in the cold winter months. Snowsports can be completely enjoyable and safe. If you aren't comfortable sending your child skiing as a family we certainly understand.
